As Founder and Principal Consultant of Northmark Talent, Kevin has led high-impact transformation engagements across multiple industries, helping organizations scale through optimized structures, competency frameworks, and leadership development initiatives. His work integrates advanced people analytics and behavioral assessment tools, including Hogan Assessments and Saville Wave, to inform executive decision-making, strengthen leadership pipelines, and enhance organizational performance.
Previously, Kevin served in senior consulting and executive roles, including Consultant in Assessment, Succession & Analytics at Lee Hecht Harrison and Chief Risk Officer at Magical Credit Inc., where he led enterprise-wide organizational development, advised executive stakeholders, and implemented scalable workforce and performance strategies. His ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels has enabled organizations to navigate complexity, improve efficiency, and achieve sustainable growth.
